I believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, even those who have no idea where to start. My program is built for those who struggle with both the physical and mental aspects of food and exercise. We will focus on healing your relationship with food, mind and body through the use of yummy meal plans, realistic workouts, and weekly check-ins. Together, we will lose the weight while taking small realistic steps.

Kols is a Certified Personal Trainer whose mission is to help women lose weight in a sustainable way and keep it off forever. With her team of incredible assistant coaches, she strives to create a safe space for clients looking to start a fitness journey without sacrificing the things they love. *All Assistant Coaches are Certified Personal Trainers and have gone through weight loss journeys of their own and take a mental health approach working with all clients*
